This lesson focuses on two areas of medical vocabulary: injuries and other health problems, and verbs for first aid. Students will listen to situations with these sets in context, then practise them further. The grammar focus of this unit is present perfect for recent experiences, past simple and past continuous. Students will see examples of these tenses from the listening script and complete an exercise to develop their comprehension on the differences between the tenses. They will then practise all the language points by performing a roleplay.
